Leaving aside the reasoning for the thread, Chris Judd is one of the greatest players I have been fortunate enough to see the whole career of, thus far (I never saw the likes of Polly Farmer, Ted Whitten and a number of other players that are named among the greatest, play live). Easily, far and away, the player I enjoy watching most in AFL. His ability to burst through a pack, win a contested situation, emerge with the football, take a sidestep and lace it out to the next contest is brilliant to watch.
Any sour grapes about him winning the Brownlow never cease to surprise me, quite honestly.
