Jack Anthony. mmmm. Would need to beat the living daylights out of him to try and extract the Collingwood **** from his system, but as a second / third forward option behind Hendo & Setant maybe.

Knowing your history you'll pick up Pendlebury or Swan in 2019 for top dollar and they'll break down after two matches. :lol:

Didn't realise he played for Collingwood? You didn't get the best of him either. You did however get the best of Fev though. ;)

Ah that's a better answer. Still getting the best out of McKenna and McGuane would have left Heafy for dead. I'm thinking Barry Mitchell too but I think he dudded Carlton and Collingwood after playing his best footy for Sydney.

Speaking of duds, WTF did Carlton get Chris Johnson and Brock McLean. Don't they realise that Melbourne suck?

Well done to Carlton for getting rid of him then!
He's not much chop from what I saw last night.
Gotta make sure you keep the little indigenous players. They're unreal.

I'm stunned at the media speculation during this week. I haven't been privvy to it because I haven't had time to read the media in Melbourne, but to say Ratten is under pressure to keep his position as coach is just beyond me. At the start of the season, most had us to be bottom of the 8, maybe at worst 12th. So, why the criticism? We "were" 9-9 and yeh, perhaps not tracking that well in the previous weeks, but I just don't understand why the speculation about his tenure.

Because it's Carlton. Seriously have a read of this;

CLICK HERE FOR BIASED SCUM REPORTING

Late in the third quarter Bomber Jay Neagle drilled through a clear goal that was called a behind by the goal umpire.

It was as if every time the Bombers got close enough to really threaten, somehow, some way a crucial goal would be missed or denied.

Yeah and a pity they stuffed up the Waite one too. No mention of that from the HS peanuts. :roll:

Clear goal? What crap that was a tough decision. Far tougher than the Howler Shannon Byrnes copped and the Waite one was a shocker too. A crucial goal denied. Cry me a ******* river it's happened to us twice in four weeks!
