Trade to get what type of player? It's all very well to say "trade" but what are you trading for? Do we want a key position backman, a key forward?

By the way we NEED Walker. He straightens us up.

And replace them with who? You won't get anyone for any of those blokes bar Waite who you need and Hampson/Jacobs. Nobody will trade away draft picks at a time that expansion teams are going to be given silver service. If you are going to throw that lot out you might as well trade Chris Judd and base your next flag assault with a midfield of Murphy, Gibbs and Lucas.
