Farewell Choco

Premiership player, premiership coach, nobody can deny the enormous contribution he's made to the club.

Emotional, passionate, honest, at times brutally honest.

Best exemplified by his infamous "tie-choke" in the dying moments of the 2004 GF.

Thanks, Choco...

Well done to Choco .. I've been critical of him in the past, but his record stacks up, and it was ultra tough watching how emotional he was today and obviously just what the club means to him.

Never minces his words, and never backs down when challenged, which would no doubt have been setting a great example for what he expected from his charges.

Best of luck to Choco with whatever he chooses to do from here.

Well said mate.

I'll always look back at Choco with fond memories. He's always done what he thought was best for Port Adelaide. I can't fault him for that.

A true Port Adelaide legend!

LMAO at his final gag:

"I'm stepping down due to illness and fatigue........The fans have become sick and tired of me"

Even at one of his lowest points, he can still have a laugh. That's what life's all about!

Me too, he is a real comedian and has a great sense of humor.
Before the game against Sydney, he and Roos were bringout out some gold while being interviewed.

Choco could always laugh at himself and pull out the self depreciating humor.
