AUSTRALIAN Idol judge Kyle Sandilands was left angry and speechless after being confronted by Andrew Denton during Denton's chat show Enough Rope.

It's been months in the making and is still two weeks away from going to air, but chat show champion Denton and shock jock Sandilands finally faced off in the Enough Rope hot seat on Monday - and fireworks flew.

This will be good to see. They should have played an excert from the interview that Kyle and JackieO did with Frenzal Rhomb!

The Mental Midget, Kyle, stood no chance against someone of Dentons interviewing calibre. Glad to see Kyle finally 'got his'. Can't wait for it to air.

Its funny watching him on Australian Idol the other day when he degraded some chick because she sang a song that he didn't know. WADH

..............and on top of this we had Molly Meldrum feeling like he had to apologise to Sandilands for what he said about him during a drunken rant. I don't know why he did, what he said about him was right on the money.

What did Molly say?

Also heard on Triple J this morning that 'The Doctor's' twin brothers actually reached the last hundred in Idol. Kind of interesting, given the family history.

Oxygen thief of the highest order. The only people worse are the pratts that watch his TV show and listen to him on radio.

Loved listening to the Fox i/v. Kyle had some good points for Jay, but his overwhelmingly arrogant demeanour made him look like the tosser, not Whalley.

My understanding is that he has been broadcasting from there lately anyway, via satellite phone and that would continue if he moved their full time.

He's overrated and over-exposed like another pet hate of mine - bloody Lehmo previously of SA-FM breakfast radio, now somehow has a gig on C10 Before the Game

I reckon I am funnier than Lehmo , saw him at a Charity tennis thing at Memorial Drive a few years back deliver a completely unfunny, lame performance - totally outplayed in the humour stakes by Roger Rasheed.

No doubt Kyle is a d!ckhead.

But he knows the game and plays it better than most.

The less we see and hear of 'Hughesy' the better...
