In the distance you can hear
the sound of the cheer
and the laugh and the roar of the crowd
You can feel the expectation,
and the wild jubilation
and the shouting the winners names aloud
'Cos it's the greatest game in town,
and it's the craziest fun around.
It's a Knockout! -- that's the name,
It's a Knockout! -- that's the game,
It's a Knockout! -- that's the name of the game!

Does anyone have any old eps on video?

There was a better version of IAK (at least my memory tells me it was better) about 10 years prior called Almost Anything Goes. Anyone remember that one? I also have fond memories of the one they did in the Goodies.

A guy (don't know if you have heard of him) Stuart Hall, used to host the UK (European) version. Soooo Funny.

Even the Royal Family did a one off It's A Royal Knock Out. Just made pricks out of themselves.

The site is a corker!

The show deserves a book! It could give a history of the show, where it was done, how long it went for, etc. as well as a few action photos. Pretty much a case of bringing that webpage to the print media!

At the least, the release of a "best of" DVD will suffice, Channel 10! ... but they probably taped episodes of the bloody Simpsons over the old IAK tapes.

The guy who does that website contacted C10 and they said they no longer had the rights to the show and had no plans to get them again :(
