I think his experience at 7 would have humbled him a bit and he's probably getting a huge pay cut. FWIW I actually really like him on Idol, he was never the hanging judge. He just spoke the truth which some people, like Marcia bloody Hines, prefer to skate around. Kyle however is a complete tool with absolutely no musical knowledge whatsoever.

Good stuff, I sometimes enjoy watching Australian and American Idol in the first few weeks every series when they show all the hacks and them getting canned by the judges. I always turn it off about 2 or 3 weeks into each season when it gets serious (seriously bad). With Dicko back there's another person that makes people cry and that's always good entertainment.
Anyone see that similar show with dancers?

I have caught, and have seen Idol over the years and must say, Kyle is a tool.

No musical knowledge WHAT so ever. It's frustrating hearing a song and thinking "that's cool" just to hear Kyle say "Now, I didn't even know that song".

At least Dicko has some experience and knowledge.

Mark Holden's the biggest tool. I accidentally turned it on when it was at the serious end and he did his stupid friggin TOUCHDOWN. If I saw the guy I'd punch him. A Grade knob.

Dont mind Dicko at least he speaks the truth and has a good sense of humour......seems to know his stuff and is not afraid to say it like it is..................I dont think channel seven had/could find the right show for him to host.........Kyle Class A t*sser whos on a power trip but Dicko more the smiling assasin.....but at the end of the day hes good value........

now i dont watch that much of IDOL because i think its a load of shite, but i remember when some guy sang a QUEEN song Bohemian Rhapsody i think and KYLE didnt know what was going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he didnt realise the guy sang the whole song!!!!!!!!!! fargen idiot!!!!!!!!

He also caned some bloke for singing "Under The Milky Way" because he'd always hated that song ... WTF?? The poor bastard didn't write it, just sang it (and did a reasonable job imho).

but KYLE loves his girlfriend who leaves her bra in her b/f's car!!!!!!!!

Maybe the guy should have sung a song with more credibility like "Ooh Aah" Kyle Sandlilands knows about as much about music as he does about grooming and dieting.
I have to say after seeing "Dicko" on the ABC last night (and hearing him occasionaly on Vega) the guy really does his stuff. Also anyone that rates "London Calling" as their favorite album can't be all bad!
Won't worry me anyway it will be snowing in hell before I watch "Australian Idol".

Once again LL has shown us the way. If you don't watch Australian Idle then Dicko aint back on 10 is he?? His pathetic dummy spit when the only judge on that crap with any credibility pointed out that he never got up on stage and belted one out in his life was laughable and a classic moment in Australian comedy. What a ******* loser..no matter how much the p-nut earns.
