Could be much better, with a better host and a better budget, but basically it is two "heroes" putting their money where there mouth is and having a best of three drag race down a strip.
Best of three, winner gets the other guy's car to keep. (Racing for the Pink Slips)
First episode was a blonde hulk hogan type on a USD$18K Harley Davidson against a USD$3k 15 year old Honda...
