What about

First Blood
Copland
Rocky and Rocky II
Tango and Cash

Granted some of his flicks are on the nose (Judge Dredd comes to mind and Rocky IV was absoulte shite) but nothing wrong the movies mentioned above IMO.

Rhinestone - Sylvester Stallone, Dolly Parton. Plot - Dolly says she can turn anybody into a country singer, tries to turn New York cab driver Stallone into one to win a bet.

Honestly.
