Some are blaming the film's fervent anti-Muslim message for sparking riots worldwide.

I blame the appalling production values.

There's also a 13.51 minute "trailer" if you're game...

And they have nothing in common with our mainstream culture. So we have to modify our behaviour and be careful not to offend them but they can take the piss out of us and threaten us with violence if we do. It is quite wrong.

You obviously don't know any Muslims.

Riots in the Middle East does not represent the thoughts of an entire group of people. None of the Muslims I know care about this very poorly made 'film'.

It's been an overreaction of the highest order by a minority within.

Could almost understand if it had been a government sanctioned film but it's a few nobodies and what Australia has to do with it especially, I haven't a clue.

so now the French have come out with some hilarious cartoon showing Mohammed naked or being stupid or something and the whole Muslim world (according to SkyNews at least) is on the edge of another eruption. Perhaps we should all go out and watch the Life of Brian then protest in Rundle Mall and break some windows in cop cars

Much like the Aussies in the Cronulla riots.

This is just an excuse for a minority of society to break the laws and act tough with a group mentality and little to no punishment.
