After watching the the first one on channel seven my girlfriend has been watching this on tv links, she loves it.

It's so much better watching shows online using websites such as tvlinks if it's available, saves having to wait until it's played on Australian tv if you're really into the show.

My missus has gone nuts on this, and is spewing that the final episode doesn't air/become available in the states til tomorrow.

I caught a few glimpses of it and it didn't appear much different to soapies of years gone by .. Oh well, at least she's prepared to give the HBO series' a go now, so I've started her with Sons OF Anarchy.

You should ease her into the HBO juggernaut by starting out with the soft sounds and elegance of Deadwood

I tried to get her into Deadwood (the show) many years ago, but even with the Subtitles she couldn't keep up with it

Not a bad ending, there has to be a second series.

typically American, it went on far too long, started smartly but then just turned into another American soapie. That tall blonde dork, where did he learn to act? Terrible.
