Just remember for all those lovers of the UK "Office" that there's a special on tonight at 9.30 on the ABC, its 3 year reunion show, can't wait.

Never mind that it's been on DVD for about 3 years now, cheers ABC. Absolute genius TV - the second part manages to be sentimental without being cringeworthy. The blind date is classic, not to mention David Brent's song.

Silly me zipzap, I didn't realise I'd watched in on UK TV about 2 years ago too, still good for a laugh though.

The Office is GOLD. I have all three DVDs. Love it.
I introduced my girlfriend to it recently. We watched all of season one, then season two, then the Christmas special. Great way to end it with the Xmas Party - great to see Lee the dick lose out =)
Brent's reaction to the blind date in the pub "She said she'd be wearing a white chiffon scarfe..." "..oh for f*$ks sake"

for those Office fans, has anyone seen "the Extras"
again written by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant and also starring both
(Stephen Merchant had a brief role in the Office as Gareths mate, the Oggmonster)
funny stuff

Nope. Where did you find that one? I can recommend Ricky Gervais live on DVD - 'Animals' and 'Politics' - both brilliant, especially 'Animals'.

Awesome show. In my top 3 shows/films/anything of all time. I think Season 1 is the best of the lot but Season 2 and the Specials are still bloody funny.

Yeah me neither. The fact that I now have the whole first series on DVD is just a coincidence.
Thanks for the tip

let me know what you think, I enjoyed it, you will find a bit of David Brent in his character
and I thought the chick was funny

Just watched the first 2 episodes. The chick IS funny, to my mind she plays more of a Brent character while he is more like a Tim. A brave move doing a show so completely different - some probably won't like it because of that. There's a couple of classic lines already, like when the actor is shagging the main chick: "Come on love, you're like a dead horse. Wrap some minge around that!"
