my opinion & call me a sceptic if you will, but i'd bet she's the for the money & fame (in that order)

He's just an old man who's paying for sex with goods instead of cash...I'm sure there'd be some in any town would provide you with a similar service that's what you really want.

Presumably that's how you keep that sort of cattle in your herd. There would be plenty of others offering green(back) pastures too.
