Most annoying TV characters

After finding the Family Matters theme, I had forgotten just how irritating the Steve Urkel character was on that show . Being a Neighbours fan (shhh ), one of the worst parts of that show is Natasha (aka Tash, or Tache ). Cringeworthy.

Who have been THE worst or most annoying characters on TV over the years? Jenny Piccolo on "Happy Days" still comes to mind.

She may be annoying but she does have a pair of things going for her, if you know what I mean? being an occasional neighbours watcher as the wife is a fan, the character Didge always got under my skin.
