Mad Men & Breaking Bad

Two shows that I've watched all the episodes off. Both are brilliant IMO.

One based around the advertising agencies of Madison Avenue, Manhatten in the early 60s, the other around a high school chemistry teacher who turns to cooking Crystal Meth to support his family after he finds out he has terminal lung cancer.

Acting is brilliant in both. Writing is awesome and they are shot as good as any shows I've seen.

Bryan Cranston is brilliant.
Christina Hendricks is gorgeous.
I love 'Food and Stuff'. It's where I buy all of my food. And most of my stuff.

I haven't watched Mad Men but Breaking Bad is simply superb. One of the best shows I've seen in recent years. Bryan Cranston is a gun but Aaron Paul as Jesse is also brilliant.

Started watching Breaking Bad when it first came out and really enjoyed it .. For some reason got interrupted so just figured I'd get the Box Set someday down the track.

Heaps of those Showcase programmes on Foxtel are excellent, for different reasons (and of different quality) I've been an avid watcher of:

Deadwood
The Wire
True Blood
Crash
Hung

(Sorry for going OT)

Breaking Bad is sensational. Only about 5 eps into 1st season, but loving every minute.
Really wanna see Mad Men just for Christina Hendricks. WOW!

I just started watching Mad Men in the last few days. Only about 5 episodes in but it seems pretty good so far.

Also, I don't mind having a drink and a smoke here and there but do they go overboard or what? Especially the smoking, they light up everywhere and seem to store ciggarettes where ever they will fit.
