Sadly Hollywood great Dennis Hopper has lost his fight against prostate cancer.

Have enjoyed watching him in the HBO series Crash, a series in which a close associate of his character had to deal with terminal illness, would have been pretty close to home but Hopper is a consumate professional.

Reakon his best performance was probably in
Hoosiers.
Played a drunk, broken down bum (wasn't much of a stretch!)
Scored an Oscar nom for that...
