The Wire

I'm a bit slow finally getting around to this show but watched it for the first time tonight and it's not a bad show. Tuesday nights at 9:30pm on ABC2 with repeats Saturday nights at 10pm on ABC2.

yeh its a lot more involved than your normal cop show
I have got the first season on DVD and working my way through the episodes
but I am liking it and I like the interesting mix of characters

Best. Show. Ever.

Hands down.

Just finished the fifth and final series.

Now watching it all over again on ABC 2...

I really enjoyed it and think it's exceptional BUT I'm still of the opinion that The Shield out does it. I just saw the seventh and final series of The Shield it was incredible. I'm now watching again from the start on DVD. And when I finished that I'll do The Wire again! :D
