Just had a gander at the teletext on channel 7 (Austext) to be greeted by the message that it's closing down on Sep 30.

That's a shame. I know the info has been supplanted by other media (ie the internet) but I quite liked flicking it on and stepping through the news headlines. Ah well, sign of the times I guess.
