Just wanted to know if anybody knows if some new movies that are coming out and whats the storylines.. I heard a new Batman movie coming out with the villians the Penguin and the Riddler..

Saw a preview yesterday to a new version of Sherlock Holmes, starring Robert Downey Jr with Jude Law as Watson.
Going by the trailer, Downey Jr plays Holmes as a brilliant slob while Law is a straight-laced Watson who can't stand his crazy employer.

Looked pretty good.

also saw transformers 2 is coming out sometime soon, im sure they will make zillions off that movie..

Ice Age 3 - this one has Dinosaurs.

This one is a long way off actually, but it's something to look forward to in the genre of Big Dumb Action Movie (tm).
Stallone is making a film called The Expendables about a team of mercenaries going to South America to overthrow a dictator.

James Cameron is finally making a new film: Avatar
A lot of hype about this one largely due to supposedly new filming techniques Cameron has used for the FX.
The plot: "A band of humans are pitted in a battle against a distant planet's indigenous population."
Due out in December.

just saw the trailer for Bruno.. its going to be more talked about then Borat i think.. that guy is a king

Saw it on Sunday with the 4yo boy, a special preview screening. Not too bad, on par with the 1st two. 3D glasses were a bit of a pain though. A bit of adult humour in there, sort of like the way the Shrek movies were in that regard.

Probably a sh*tloada half arsed remakes...
That's all Hollywood seems to do nowadays!

Saw Transformers 2 on its debut yesterday will be interesting to hear others thoughts after seeing it will cause a few discussions I think not giving anything away. Special effects are un-real amazing how they can do it.

But 2 movies in the Preview the First Public Enemy Johnny Depp and Christian Bale looks good based on a true story about a bank robber and the other which had an interesting response was G.I Joe!!! Funny enough it looks really good from the preview looks worth the watch.

I saw The Hangover on Friday night.

Funniest movie I've seen since Borat. Everyone I've talked to that has seen it has rated it as highly.

yeah i am looking forward to it. another one along the lines of this is dragonball evolution, looks like a nikalodeon produced movie. they needed a michael bay or m.night shaymalan to have done it.
