Its a great show. Im doing Drama at uni this semester and we have been doing structured and unstructured improvisation, and it is really a lot harder than it looks, but is a hell of a lot of fun.

I have only seen little bits of it from time-to-time and I have to admit I haven't cottoned onto the humorous concept of it.

I like the show's actual skits BUT I hate the Shane Bourne and Tommy Gleisner scripted comedy.

I agree with you that it's harder than it looks, but as someone who has done stand up comedy on and off for several years I find impro an "annoying" form of comedy. I've been roped into doing Theatre Sports a couple of times (to help out a mate)and to me it just seemed pointless.
Still each to his own.
