Smac jr wants to see this, at age 10. Is that a bad idea Jimmy?

I'd say yes. There is some pretty full on scenes in it. This isn't Adam West fighting off a shark with his shark repellent
Good movie, and continuing in the style set by Batman Begins. Much better than those star filled duds in the 90's. For mine could have been 20 minutes shorter as where the storyline went towards the end - I won't spoil it - could have waited until the next movie and been done in more depth.

agree on both things...in the day and age, probably not appropriate for a 10 year old to see it, pretty dark and scary (even i had a cringe in a few scenes).

it is by far the best one i have seen (bar the original) with lots of action and as i said, heath steals the show.

It's great isn't it? I love the bit where the dynamic duo are strapped to a buoy by the Penguin at which he shoots a few torpedoes from his submarine. Right when one is about to explode, a dolphin swims in front of it, taking the hit. At which point Batman salutes the 'noble creature' for giving up its life to save them.

Adam West was easily my favourite Batman. Nothing's funnier than his stoned dancing in one episode! Heh heh

Saw it last night and went in a bit sceptical about what all the fuss was about....I left the movie with all those doubts gone. Ledger was soooooo good.....awesome role.

I would not let kids see it. Very graphic in parts, but hey....Hungry Jacks are promoting the DARK KNIGHT whopper so go figure......

Having seen the movie yesterday, I think it's in the Grand Final for loudest movie I've ever been too, unless Village Cinemas just had it up to 11 for our session.
