I say the 2 best simpson episodes are:

The Hank Scorpio episode and the episode where Homer becomes bart's football coach from Flanders.

Saw one the other day that made me laugh a bit - Not sure what it is called but it is the one where Bart fakes his own kid napping !!!

the one where homer clones himself then jumps off the cliff while chasing a helicopter with a huge donut hanging off it

without question the episode where the school gets snowed in.2 of the greatest lines ever written in this episode:
Skinner slaps groundskeeper Willy and Willy replies "Thats the last time you'll slap your Willy around" and at the end when they get out and Skinner is in the duffel bag and says to Nibbles the hamster "Nibbles, just chew through my ball sack"
Both lines absolute gold and I p*ss myself still every time I see it.

Thats a great episode, especially when the movie there watchin catches on fire, and Nelson says "haha you should have gotten a dvd" and skinner says "it is a dvd"

Another great one, there are so many to choose from, you say one then you think of other great ones.

Think it's going back a while but I always loved the one they did (for Halloween I think) to the words of Edgar Allen Poe's poem The Raven with Homer reciting the words and Bart playing the raven.

Not the whole episode, but love it in the Marge - "Thelma & Louise" episode when Homer and Wiggum are chasing Marge's car and they turn out the headlights.
