Its set in the future and is about people who play online shoot em up games, only difference is the players control real humans with their keyboards, the human fighters are death row inmates who if they survive 30 battles are then freed from jail.
Abit of a slow starter but ends up really good, worth watching just bear with the first twenty minutes.

Still doesn't hold a candle to HBO's vastly-superior General Kill.
A golden age for TV drama...

I'm sure in a few weeks we'll all be flooded with Maccas Happy Meals and saturation advertising, but right now I'm thinking it was a really entertaining movie and certainly up there with the best of its kind. It's all vikings, dragons and 3D - the main dragon is very cool indeed, anyone who still gets a kick out of old Looney Tunes cartoons where all the comedy is in the eyes (think the bull or the boxer in those Bugs Bunny cartoons) will definitely spot the influences.
(The funniest thing at the preview was having to surrender mobile phones and 'recording devices' - I dunno if you've ever taken off your glasses at a 3D screening but it looks like it was shot in a dirty aquarium. Mmm, that would be fun to watch on a 3" mobile screen)
