The British series that I have bought:
1. The Office
2. Men Behaving Badly
3. Black Adder (Blackadder Goes Forth the best)

I watched the first episode of the new series of Little Britain on 9 last night - and turned it off halfway through.
Little Britain is simply a collection of skits involving the same characters in which the same joke is repeated week in, week out. Nevertheless it was hilarious; it takes a certain talent to take a single joke and milk it out for as long as possible. 'Allo 'Allo is the perfect example; several seasons of the same catchphrases (Oh my God / Good Moaning / You Stupid Woman! / Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once) and the same plot (attempting to secure the real copy of the Fallen Madonna with the Big Boobies, concealing British airmen and staying one step ahead of the Gestapo) never ceased to be funny. However I think the humour in Little Britain has run its course. The jokes are now tired and stale. They did well to stretch the show out for 3 seasons but it has now jumped the shark.

Nope, not just you. Have tried Little Britain a number of times in its various forms and it still leaves me cold.
