Yep. Was different to what I was expecting, but was very good. Clint didn't even have to act the grumpy old prick.

I concur, saw it last friday for the first time and very good, no where near as violent as I thought it might have been after watching the trailer

Fantastic moofie.
Eastwood was great. He loves those zipperheads!

Watched it last night. Superb film!

Saw a bunch this week...

The Darjeeling Limited - Okay. But has Wes Anderson run out of steam?

The Year of Living Dangerously - Peter Weir's last Australian film. Political thriller set in jakarta, 1965.

Sicko - Michael Moore's expose on the US health industry. Interesting but says the same thing over and over again.

Saw Valkyrie finally the other night. Was impressed by the attention to detail in regards to the german equipment and transport. The mock up JU 52 was very well done. Story line pretty much stuck to the story as I understand it even with the obvious Hollywood add ons to the dialogue. I even forgot I was watching that "half back flanker" Tom Cruise ;)

Watched 'Role Models' last night, the two kids were extremely funny the rest of the movie was average but the kids made it very enjoyable.

Drag Me to Hell

Sam Raimi has his tongue-firmly-planted-in-cheek with this one.

A lotta fun.

I knew the ending was going to happen when that part in the part about 10 minutes before the part with the part in it. ;) ;)

Watched Sugarhouse last night.

It's an English style gangstar thriller, i don't know what to think, the acting wasn't great and the tatoos on the main character looked very ordinary, the crack head was very annoying YET for some reason, even though i was very tired and had to get up early the movie left me hanging on and i couldn't press the stop button.

The last scene was very impressive, it is very symbolic and left me sitting there going 'yeah they are probably right.'

Would love to know what other people think of this movie, it won't be for everyone but for some strange reason it captured me.

Watched "Welcome To Sarajevo" last night ... IMHO the film is brilliantly put together, of course the events it revolves around are not.

If you have a heart you won't be feeling too chipper after watching, but I'd highly recommend it.

TYSON

Engrossing and brutally honest depiction of this complex, fascinating and tortured man.

Seems a lifetime ago that he was the 'Baddest Man on the Planet'.

Tyson proves he's every bit as quotable as Ali.

Albeit for very different reasons...
