Powerful ending, indeed.

Much better show than last week, the story was developed a lot better - perhaps not cramming so much into one episode will work a lot better. Looking forward to next week now.

that scenario was based on the double murder at Lonsdale, in 1996 (allegedly).
Two blokes shot (albeit 1 that wasn't a target at all, but as a result of sloppy work by the gunman), the ex-wife turns Crown witness, goes into Witness Protection Program, checks out of WPP & changes her last name, then gunned-down as payback (allegedly by people who travel on 2 wheels).
The hit on the lady concerned also (co-incidentally) occurred during the appeal by the gunman against his trial, which didn't do him any favours...

Punk - I was in Bendigo for a few days back in 1999 when a chick was shot and murdered whilst she slept next to her child .. Was that the one from last night?

Remembered the Lonsdale shooting but was having trouble fitting it into the scheme and timeline of events.

I'd say Mokbel.
Williams is doing 30+ years for murder
Mick Gatto was acquitted of a murder charge.
Everyone else is dead...

the shooting in the workshop made me think of les knowles copping it at lonsdale august '96, however in the show it happened at port melbourne :? , that aside i reckon 1 hor episodes arent long enough for a show like this....i cant get enough, i pulled out blue murder the other day and watched it again, but this imho is better

mininova is just a search engine, usually get poor leech/seed ratios from the results and as slow downloads.
Torrentleech has them, could download them all in less than 90 mins if I wished to, but as I don't condone illegal acts I certainly wont.

Does anyone know whether Carl Williams is a dumb/bumbling in real life as they have portrayed him on screen?

I'm sure he'd be maybe a tad missing somewhere, but the fact, although he's in the slammer, is he's still alive and the majority are dead (either killed by him or the other dude Benji)...

interesting when the morans were told that they better have a strong character witness after shooting the bouncer....
the witness they used is in the courts at this moment but not the above as mentioned.. the character witness is a former 2 time premiership AFL player and has played for 2 AFL clubs
