Just watched the first episode. I can see it being equally a good watch or simply tiresome. Which was it for you?

The Ice Road

Liam Neeson, Laurence Fishbourne

Just a steady movie. Initially thought it may have been based on a true story.
5/10 & that's possibly generous

I know that I'm extremely late to the party on this but f*** me, Shameless is next level wrongness.

I'm slowly plodding along at the arse end of the second season.

I'm not sure if you can get any sexier than Fiona.

Finished all the seasons.
Even though it went a couple of seasons too long the last scene in the last episode is the best one. I laughed so hard.

I was blown away to see that it goes for 11 seasons, that's going to take me months to get through.

Yep, it will definitely last you a while as there's a fair few eps per season too.
Even if you do give up make sure you fast forward through to that very last scene though. ;)

Well I am even later, just up to season 1 episode 4. I watched the first ep of both the UK and US versions which seemed identical script and scene shots. In pretty much every case I would of chosen the Brit version of a show but for some reason I preferred the US version. Maybe William H Macy was the difference. Enjoying it so far.

Pretty bleak rather than black comedy. The misery and/or disappointment in all of their lives was difficult at times.

Wow, that's a lot of viewing hours, I might get there by July.

She's very Mila Kunis.

Cool, I'll slow down and we can compare notes.

Yes, WHM is a very accomplished and under-rated actor IMO, I remember him being in a movie set around a casino years ago and thought "this ugly dude can act", I reckon he got it on with a hottie in that movie.

The Cooler I reckon the movie is. Was certainly good in his most famous role in Fargo.

That's the one, I thought it was The Croupier for some reason, I haven't seen Fargo.

Into the second season now, haven't watched an ep for a few days but might smash a couple this arvo. Enjoying it.
