I actually couldnt put one skit down to the funniest. The midget fight was hilarious.
The jet stream one wasnt the funniset but still heaps cool.
The toilet sling shot was disgusting but at the same time funny

Yeah def dont have just one favourite skit!

they are absolute nut cases, how they can bring themselves to do some of that stuff is rediculous.
makes for a great laugh though, there was to many funny things happening to pick out a best one
Were has Marbles gone and who is Satchel

Finally got around to watching Planes Trains & Automobiles last night, first time I'd seen it.

Classic 80's comedy. Such a simple storyline but so funny. The bit where they went the wrong way up the highway had me in stitches.

John Candy was a funny funny man, God rest his soul.

Having seen a fair few movies i would often ask the bloke at the video store what were good movies.
When ever I would ask what he thought was the funniest movie ever, this was always his response.
So finally I one day hired it, was funny but no where near the funniest movie ever.

Winter's Bone is pretty grim but pretty good, too.

Some great performances by Jennifer Lawrence and John Hawkes might get recognized this awards season...

I reckon it's a top movie, and am also a huge John Candy fan, but I hear what you're saying .. There's no way I'd rate it among my funniest fillums .. But it's light, easy and amusing.

I remember seeing this movie when it was first released, Bad Boys (1983, starring Sean Penn).

It was a good movie at the time, although nowadays it's dated somewhat. I watched it last night and it was still good enough to enjoy.

Geez there's a movie I haven't seen in yonks .. I'd always rated that in my younger days, might have to get another look at it.

Have been watching a bit of the Comanche Moon series on Fox lately, and whilst it's enjoyable enough, it's nowhere near the quality of say Deadwood.

However it does feature a few actors I like, particularly Steve Zahn and Val Kilmer, the latter being one of the most underrated actors IMHO.

Spent a little time investigating some of the bigger and better upcoming movies of the season and the Coen Brothers version of True Grit (and a top cast of Jeff Bridges, Josh Brolin and Matt Damon) looks to be one well worth waiting for.

As does another film "Black Swan", hopefully most filmgoers can see past the ballet setting to see the deeper meaning and give it a go.

Not long ago I commented favourably on the movie "Adventureland", which is an unorthodox rom-com (if you liked Juno, there's a fair chance you will enjoy this) that improved even further in my ratings after another viewing .. The 3 main cast members make it work, and whilst it's nilled as a "Superbad" type of flick, it's not - It's actually more of a light drama than comedy as such, but I would recommend it for sure.

Sadly, on the weekend I (by chance) caught the movie Management ... It's a more down to earth role for Jennifer Aniston who looks more aged than I've seen her ever before, but Steve Zahn is the central character and is fantastic (there's no role I don't like this bloke in, so I might be overstating that a bit) ... Woody Harrelson lands one of his typically amusing and unique cameo-ish roles too, another I'd recommend.

Then last night, just to get the Romances out of my system I took to Repo Men and thought it was pretty good for what it was meant to be .. Jude Law playing an action role for the first time I can remember brings a fair amount of credibility to the pic, which was suitably brutal, violent and gory .. Good blokes flic.

I don't mind those Sci-Fi action type of movies (Total Recall, Bladerunner etc) .. It probably did turn into a body count/Natural Born Killers type effort for the last 3rd of the movie, but that was probably what I was in the mood for. :D
