Catherine Tate Show..or whatever it's called with her that became a Docotor Who assistant.
Most shows that involve a phone vote with the exception of Eurovision.
Soaps...all of them.
Shows that try to publically hummiliate people for entertainment.
Anything billed as a 'gritty drama'

I liked Heroes a lot, but it's gone very strange this season. Seems to be about the same period that Lost went completely off the rails. The writers get to year three and aren't sure what to do.
