How many times have you quoted "Say hello, to my little friend" in a bad Cuban accent whilst standing naked in front of the missus

Scarface is a classic mate, gotta love the chainsaw/shower scene.

People forget its actually a remake of the 1932 version of Scarface(The shame of the nation) directed by Howard Hughes. Watch that and ul see how brilliant the remake is.

While im at it. My top 5 Gangster/mafia movies

1: Casino
2: Scarface
3: The Public Enemy (1931)
4: Donnie Brasco
5: White Heat
6: Goodfellas
7: Godfather Trilogy
8: Angels with dirty faces. (1937 i think)
9: Little Caesar (1931!)
10: Bonnie & Clyde

James Cagney is THE best actor ever to portray a gangster. No doubt! stars in my #3,5,8

I enjoyed that movie ... Also saw Sexy Beast for the first time a few weeks ago which was alright (mainly because Kingsley, Winstone and McShane are always excellent)

Godfather #7? I rate the first two extremely highly. Didn't rate Casino, or Donnie Brasco. I also rate Scarface highly

Though I'd put Citizen Kane at the top of the grossly overrated list.

Some recent worthy nominees...

Crash (the one directed by Paul Haggis, not David Cronenberg).
The Dark Knight
The Shawshank Redemption
Pulp Fiction
The Matrix[
Fight Club
(though it has as many detractors as supporters).

Fight Club?
One of the best movies ever.
