RATING 9.6

_______________

Get your 4 hour tapes on Long Play and get in those great shows
If you start with Matlock you will get to 5-00 pm, but miss Lost In Space
I recommend we start the tape at 10-00 am and miss Matlock.
At 3-30 am we can tape MATLOCK when we are asleep

So all of youse go shopping and buy up on videos to cram in these great TV shows
I suggest we all go to Garage Sales and try and pick up as many cheap video tapes as we can.

Cheers bubbleheaded boobys

I'm hoping one day someone out there releases Carson's Law for tv or DVD. Man that was a good show, like a lot of Crawford productions

Wondered if I was one of the only people who felt like that about Carson's Law. One of the most beautifully acted and written dramas to be made in this country. If the show was made today, it would have lasted a lot longer than the two years it lasted. While it rated high numbers throughout in Melbourne, the inability to get big figures in Sydney brought its demise at the time.

Saw The Rockford Files in the list also. Thoroughly entertaining stuff - loved watching that as a kid. The telemovies made in the last 6 years or so weren't quite the same, but the spirit was there. Not many TV detectives now that would get away with living in a cabin on the beach.
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

I don't have Foxtel at the moment but love old tv shows.

I too would think the other Matlock would be better, the same as the other cop shows around the same era (eg Division 4). Cop Shop was a bit later than Matlock but really enjoyed those episodes being replayed about 10 years ago on ch7. Likewise some of the replayed Prisoner episodes were generally good viewing as well.

Another oldish show i enjoyed being reshown years after it was first made was The Fugitive starring David Janssen. I reckon i watched just about all the episodes that were shown on ch 10 about 15 years ago.
