That one cracked me up too.

Also when that bloke dropped him off at the cannibal's village and just dumped his bag out of the boat into the mud and pissed off quick smart.

My husband was watching 'something' on telly last night - and I could hear it from the other room - it kept making me laugh out loud - so I'm like "What are you watching?" his reply "An idiot abroad" and I thought - hang on - think I've seen a title for a thread in safooty that says that....lol.

And hear it is.

Reading through this thread I can imagine some of those things being said.

I saw the first 3 eps, brilliant, but like you, for one reason or another missed a few and then I thought no point watching now, might as well get it on DVD so I can watch them all. I’m guessing it’s available at JB’s?

I have every Ricky Gervais podcast (Gervais/Merchant/Pilkington) as well as every XFM episode dating back to 2002 I think - in case anyone is interested.
I love 'Food and Stuff'. It's where I buy all of my food. And most of my stuff.

I got the DVD from UK Amazon, as well as 2 of Karl's books (one was quite funny the other was average).

If you like this show then you really should download the Ricky Gervais Podcasts (there are 3 seasons of them) as Karl is very amusing in them as well. Or check out the Ricky Gervais show, which a TV show of the podcasts done with animation.

The Ricky Gervais Podcasts are the funniest things I've ever heard. I listened to them while travelling overseas, past the time away beautully, nd whenerver I'm bored or in need of a laugh, I'll have a listen. Absolutely hilarious.

I too listened to them when travelling overseas. I had to cover my mouth at times as I was laughing to myself on trains/planes and didn't want to look insane!
