Glenelg in trouble here. North will be hurting for a few weeks yet after losing to the dogs. The players will surely feel like they aren't a good team until they beat the dogs. Jars' plan to put pressure on his players has backfired in the dogs games now. Glenelg are a rabble and will lose. Whether it's a 25 point loss or 125 point loss is the only question. My money's on it being closer to 125 than 25. Gill, and Alleway vs Sherwood, who gives away height to start with spells trouble. Glenelg have a serious height problem, the most recent budget I have only lists 2 blokes standing 190 or more. Not enough. North's runners will have a field day based on the strength of North's talls dominating.

with the forecast of rain the talls may not play as big a part as you might think graham

They might not be as effective, but they will have an effect regardless.

If Lonie and Bamford are running after the ball at the same time who will pick the ball up?

only because Glenelg will play that "tempo" flooding style and will be forced to go out wide in defence and look for the boundary line!
I'm quite happy to have Bamford, Ryswyk and now Lonie running wide and supplying our potent fwd line. Remember them - fwds whoops forgot, the bays have none!
Lonie is going to love running off half back with his booming left foot on the very small bay oval. Just another weapon in North's firepower this week.

i hope we dont see that ''tempo footy'' again if we are going to lose i'd rather lose by 10 goals trying to win rather than lose by 5 goals trying not to lose

North by 10+ unless Bays drastically change game plan.
