History to repeat … West by 22 … Sturt’s only minor round loss in 1978.

This year Westies have had their CEO, President and Coach replaced.

Thats how well they are going!

Meanwhile, Sturt are undefeated and drop Battersby to the 2s LOL

Not sure the club handled the moving on of Harts as well as they could have.

what is the latest news with the redevelopment? The whole area needs a lift and Westies desperately need better football and social facilities. Without them it's hard to see a viable future.

we were told 5 years ago that the council was going to spend $20 million on upgrade
but that money is being used down the road
it won't happen it badly needs improvements
the club wont be around much longer

Has me thinking.

Can’t think of any amateur club with comparable grandstands, concreted terraces, bar, canteen and bbq facilities, toilets, licensed club rooms, car parking or electronic scoreboard.

Even has a permanent fence.

Which ones are you thinking of?

Hilarious too coming from someone whose team plays on a dog park

Nothing wrong with the facilities or set up at Richmond for spectators… aside from it looking a little tired.

It doesn’t have a shiny glass corporate viewing area but it’s well set up as a traditional sanfl ground - was always considered one of the best

These days it even has a light bulb in the toilet!
