Glenelg by 15 goals.
South won't kick double digital goals again.
The club to give wright a 2 year extension and tell us how the team is young.

South Adelaide christened their new home at Noarlunga in Round 8 of the 1995 SANFL season. The opening game at Noarlunga also saw the ground record crowd of 10,123 when Glenelg defeated the Panthers by 47 points.

1 of these things might happen again on Saturday.

*It feels like that may be our highest ever winning margin at Noarlunga.

South to tell the members that the boys put up a spirited effort and that we should all be #southproud

Wright to be offered another 2 year deal.

Hard to get too enthused about football at the moment. Will likely drag my boy along (mild form of child abuse) and head to Noarlunga for the first time this season.

Will be surprised if it's under an 8 goal margin.

South have again been impotent this season, and losing Howes wont help this. Hopefully a few ins with maybe Clavarino and Wilkinson returning.

At one point Glenelg had dobbed 15 goals straight without a miss. Must be some kind of record. When the sequence was broken, all the Bays fans on the hill booed in unison.

Gotta say I was pretty impressed by the South BBQ.

Ripper steak sandwich and can’t fault the service from the volunteers behind the counter.

Could be a record of some sort involving either or both clubs. FWIW, I know North had 16 straight kicked against them in a final quarter at Prossy in the early part of the century, though not by Glenelg. Whether that was on top of anything before the break, I can't remember.

A fairly predictable outcome sadly. South's first quarter and a half wasn't too bad, but they never looked like threatening a well drilled Bays' outfit who did as they pleased thereafter.

12 free kicks (and a few 25m penalties) against in the first term didn't help..some were there, some were not.

Wheaton, Jeffries and Hargrave the only players deemed worthy of a mention in the best players. Thought Weightman did some nice things, and Duncan in his first senior game of the season showed some dash. Lacking some genuine height though, and some of the skill errors in perfect conditions were crippling.

The game was stopped in the first quarter as a little kid wandered onto the oval. South could have used an extra player.

The Bays' kicking for goal was superb. A lot of marks/shots taken in the corridor.

Reasonably good crowd by recent Noarlunga standards, but I'd say 85+% of those in attendance were wearing black and yellow. Concerning for the home side..
