No Jack Hayes or Ballenden for the Eagles. Danger game this one.

North should be criminally prosecuted for what they put their supporters through.

First game all year where one of the bottom 5 teams have bested a top 5 side. The comp probably needed that result.

North exposed the Eagles lack of depth, especially in the big man department. Comical skill errors, in the first half especially, from both sides in perfect conditions. I thought Cooke played his best game for the Eagles and Sladojevic tried his best up forward and as an undersized ruckman. At least we didn't throw in the towel in the last quarter. Next week a big test of the Eagles mental toughness and ability to bounce back.

so far we have won home games, lost away games. Will the pattern continue next week?
