Both teams will see this as a golden opportunity to chalk up their first win. Panthers will start faves at home after a reasonable effort against Sturt

South looked on track for a percentage boosting win for most of the afternoon, yet in the end were perhaps fortunate to hold on.

Bloods were denied a goal in the closing minutes..watched the replay 4-5 times and still couldn't work out where the free-kick was. They did kick one soon after, but only a handful of seconds remained following the final centre bounce.

Bigman Northam named best, followed by Dunkin, Clavarino, Skinner and Magor. Fitt the most effective forward with 3 goals.

You and me too … perhaps one of the most ridiculous decisions ever. No-one tackled him, a clear run and goal. WTF?
