I Reckon the Eagles have a good recent record against Norwood, particularly at Norwood. I expect that to continue. LPRs by 15 points.

Was actually thinking the same thing. I think it would be a pretty rare occurrence that not even a single rushed behind is scored

Hopefully this is our shocker out of the system. As poor as we have played in the last year or two. Absolutely disgusting performance

FOUND AFTER GAME. Pair of reading glasses on the Parade just down from Elizabeth street. If you lost or hear of anyone who lost a pair of reading glasses after the game, pleases contact me. p.s. If an Eagles supporter could place this notice on the Eagles forum in case the person who lost it is an Eagles supporter.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to photograph the final score of the women's match at the scoreboard attendant removed the score before I had a chance to photograph it.

The Eagles continued their great run of success at The Parade with an efficient and well planned victory. Noticeable was the intense attack on the ball and the player with the ball forcing Norwood into ball handling errors and we were able to capitalise with quick movement to our forwards. Two chase down tackles by big forward Weckert were examples of this. Redden had an engrossing duel with the best ruckman in the league, Boyd and was a catalyst for many forward moves. Rowe and D'Aloia were prolific in the midfield, Rowe's skills especially damaging. Morris was exceptional at half back and relieved some of the pressure in losing Luke Beeken. Injuries to Menzel. Goldsworthy, Knight and Fleeton will test the depth next week.
