Eagles had a bit too much firepower all over the ground for the Power Reserves. Port hung on and kept giving themselves opportunities, but Eagles pushed out in the 3rd and held them at arms length from that point forward.

Looking forward to a top of the table clash against Central next weekend. Just like the good old days.

Half the Power reserves players wouldn’t get a game for Port Districts at the moment.
Some very ordinary players out there for them.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Look at our list, there's heaps of first and second year draftees out there and with Dixon, Finlayson, Lord, Boak, Narkle, McCallum and Jackson injured there was 10 AFL listed players yesterday and McKenzie and Sinn must have been injured, managed or in Melbourne with the AFL side.

Williams, Evans, Clurey and Vistentini the only ones yesterday with any AFL experience. Very young side with lots of SANFL listed. Did well to only lose by 5 goals.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

Seeing I have to watch from home medical issues the callers said McKenzie was out injured I think Sinn as well .
I think there were a few ex Eagles players out there for Port so they will normally play well or harder against the Eagles
Port did block the eagles run for most of the game but the Eagles shook off port enough to win .
A win is a win
And the callers suggested ports coach brother to wests coach may have had a chat about the eagles but that’s just them talking BS

I was impressed with how PA played. I was expecting a big win for the EAGs.
