something about buying membership tickets if Central finished somewhere on the ladder?

I had a bet with bulldogproud - Glenelg to finish 3 or more positions on the ladder higher than Centrals, loser to buy a 2024 membership to the winner’s club. If Centrals beat Sturt, I’m buying a CDFC membership next year. If CD lose, Glenelg still have to win the flag for me to win the bet.

Don't do it mate. They still haven't explained to us* members why they arseholed a coach and paid him out when we* were crying poor.

1/2 way into the last quarter. Time for doggie fans to go into the garden and enjoy the summer.

Gutsy year by the Dogs, did better than most expected.
Sturt too good though and playing some good footy.

Centrals are much improved in the 2nd half of the season however this weekends result is purely dependant on which Sturt team rocks up this Sunday.

Sturt at their best are better clearance wise, number of effective disposals and tackle wise compared to Centrals. Hence why over a season their win loss and scores for records are better than Centrals. (no diff in scores against)

Sturt come to play they win this easy. However if Sturt go all timid like they did in the last half, last Sunday . Dogs will get the chocolates as they are peaking but their current peak isn’t as good as Sturts best.

Plus Sturt won’t be resting a bloke at half time for next week.

Soon as Sturt decided to flick the switch this game was done despite an almost 2:1 free kick differential to Central favour

Tackles even but as shown all season Sturt +10 in clearances despite key outs.

You can have the best periodised plans in the world but when you use all your tickets making finals once you get there there’s no more you can cash in on

Aiden Grace has a good heart for the dogs …. Which is hard to find these days.
