Bet they're back in 2021

SANFL will be told as there will be no $$$ for an AFL reserves comp when they've got to fund AFLW next year with reduced revenue.

Reduced lists they’ll be farming Unused players back to SANFL to get games into players at zero costs imho.

The sanfl clubs use to pay the afl players $350 a game from memory. Money they can earn outside the cap.

I can’t see why Carlton would kill off Preston if they were going to be back next season

Hope I’m wrong.. and I’ll still maintain an interest even if second string teams compete.. But a lot of hurdles need to be cleared yet..

Jeff is already back & has completed his quarantine period. He ain't going anywhere.
And we don't have any players that won't want to play due to no payments.

Bastinac and Douglas stand out as being players that might not want to play for $750.

I don't think they'll care too much,
they'll be more than adequately compensated somehow.

Totally agree. The league has a habit of being soft in regards to them though. The worry for me is next year they use the no money card and the league allows the crows to come back and not pay any money towards to comp and let port continue doing the same.

Correct.

Still, we were saying this till we turned blue in the face in 2013, and 6/8 of our clubs still ignored us and caved in to the Crows and Port franchises.

Im guessing he is saying 750/week for 52 weeks of the year for a footballer? I dont think they only get paid if there was a game of football on
