I just saw the part of the replay when Skipworth basically tried to break Matthew Campbells arm when the 18 year old who weighs 66 kilos was in a very compromising position face to the ground.
Skipworth had his arm wrapped around Campbell's, and used leverage with his hand on Campbells shoulder and on the ground to move his arm further behind his back to either brake it or rip it out of its socket.
One of the most sickening and gutless acts I've seen on the football field for a long time.

Yes I saw this incident, gutless. Campbell had to leave the ground straight after this. BTW, was it he that had already popped the shoulder out in that collision earlier in the game?

The worst thing is though that the Cows fans won't ever know of it, and think he's a little darling Cow like the rest of them.

good to see young skippy getting in there for the hard ball putting his body on the line..........

Lets be fair with the PIC's I will not argue with you but what about the cowardly attack on COOPER by a much taller and bigger North player quote from the stands a clothesline from hell and he wasnt facing the north thug either .

I will never a Rooster nor an Eagle be, but as a neutral observer who was leaning towards the WWTFC in that game (Only 'cos I am a bitter old man) the actions of Skipworth moved me solidly over the fence. The actions of twisting the arm and applying downward pressure to the shoulder appeared to be deliberate with no other intention than to cause physical injury to Campbell. It was not a case of a gentle rough up as he rose from the ground. The action was outside the rules of the game and could have resulted in VERY serious injury to a very good young player.

Worse still the mongrel got away with it.

Before you start... Yes I may be reading more into the incident, but I can recognise a grapple when I see it.

I pinpointed the Skipworth inicident because it was one of the more sickening things Id seen for a long time, he knew exactly what he was doing and it was a deliberate and cowardice act. You dont find it weird that neutral fans also found it sickening?
Please tell me you're not serious, you couldn't be that ignorant or one eyed, surely.

A definate arm lock with the intent to cause extreme pain or injury, but the player responsible wouldn't know about that, that's why he only a fringe AFL player, has no guts, I think there will be more heard about this one

Im a neutral supporter. Walkers closeline was worth a 25m penalty at best. Tryign to deliberately dislocate someones shoulder is much much worse.

Funny how he picked on the smallest player in the league to try it on as well. Lets see the gutless wonder try that at AFL level and see how far he gets.

That is only a pic of the first contact, which he was not facing the north player what about the complete 360 that occured after that hit .A head high tackle on a player who already suffered a broken jaw this year.

No its not the first pic, the first pic shows Walker making contact with Coopers shoulder and the arm sliding over him and contacting with his head in the picture above, after that pic there is no 360, the arm slides over the head and Cooper goes to ground, even the commentators said him hitting the ground was what would have caused more damage than the actual clumsy tackle.
It was reckless and it was high and it rightfully received a 25 metre penatly.
You see one of those every game, unlike the Skipworth incident which I have never seen anything like.

It was sickening and I honestly haven't seen such a conscious effort nowhere near the ball to deliberately injure another person, he knew the full time what he was doing.

Haven't seen a head high tackle all year, you have to be joking, yes this was high and unwarranted but it was in the flow of the play, not an incident in a pack and out of the prying eyes of the umpires. And one would say I doubt the headhigh tackle on the Eagles player was a premeditated act of violence, not like the other incident where the player concerned continued, yes continued to inflict pain when he could have quite easily let go of the armlock

he was a dangerman for the eagles,he was targeted imo

This is highly unlikely to happen, but imagine this....

Skipworth is walking into Footy Park next week, he trips over & falls, a few North supporters rush over to help him to his feet, & in the confusion, his arm gets twisted high up behind his back...

Could never happen though....

Well seeing it is the SANFL no trial by video and if there was he would get off just like so many others have this year .

Move on guys cricket season is about to start

that skippy act is up there with the gowans eye gouging of madness from sturt.

Sorry Mickyj, that brave action of Skipworth's is forever locked in North supporter's memory banks.
