Hi All,

Has anybody heard when they are going to announce the 2019 draw?

I think it is in 2/3 weeks time.

Its Eagles vs NA in the first round to decide which team plays in the 2018 GF

Normally Mid December

North Fri April 19 v Dogs @ Prospect
North Thur April 25 v Legs @ Prospect

Hearing there will be at least two rounds before this and the Eagles will be granted their wish of playing North at Woodville in Round 1.
Despite the result that will be one fun day!

So, North will be 0 and 4 after round 2.

Draw is released tomorrow

2019 SANFL Draw has been released to the clubs First round commences Friday 29th of March. Actually looks like a reasonably balanced draw for a change

I've seen an early version, all the sides play each other at least once.

Unfortunately the good old days of Saturday arvo footy are long gone.
Only 4 for Norwood next year. 5 Sunday games which are the worst for me. Happy to get the Queens Birthday Monday game aswell as ANZAC Day and Thursday night of the Easter weekend

Why are Centrals playing Norwwod at Norwood on Friday night? Remember we used to be banned.

As I say every year Saturday 2.10 pm is Football time. Let all the teams that like Sunday play each other and don't program teams on Sunday (i.e. Centrals) that don't want Sunday football.
Also, what's with all the 1.10 pm games that aren't televised. Last telecast game round 13 and next telecast not until the finals.

You're right I get it that would be better as I'm from that era, but i accept 2.10 pm is close enough and it still is Saturday.
