From what I saw on Saturday there would be 6-8 players that wouldn't make the better Sanfl clubs A grade. Just cause there AFL listed and fit doesn't make them good players. Sturt by plenty.

Couple of the crows big guys looked good. Thats about the only positive sign i saw for them.. however Ports 3 ruckman are very ordinary (no AFL talent there).

Sturt has called upon an inexperienced trio to confront Adelaide on Sunday.

Utilities Campbell Wildman, Sean Samblich and Brad Coulson have only played a total of 16 Macca’s League games between them but have been named on the extended interchange.

Talented teenager Hugo Munn – who made his Macca’s League debut in Round 1 – is unavailable due to playing with the AFL Academy.

Adelaide has received a major midfield injection for its contest against Sturt on Sunday.

Riley Knight, Curtly Hampton and Myles Poholke will all make their season debut after recovering from injury.

They have been joined in the Crows’ 23-man squad by development player Aron Asfaha, who has been named on the extended interchange bench.

Defender Kyle Cheney will miss at least a fortnight with a hamstring strain while Corey Davey is unavailable.
