Very late recruiting. Have they been training with North?

Dogs have signed former Gold Coast/Bay player Timmy Sumner.

Tim wants to play under Roy & FULLY understands his obligations, he wants to have a red hot crack at getting back into playing good footy at a top level.

If Roy can handle Quinno Graham he can handle anyone :-)

At the end of the day he’s had discipline issues, behaviour issues & commitment issues at numerous clubs.
Leopards don’t change their spots.

What he said
Has all the talent in the world but that only gets you so far.
I’d be surprised if he even plays a league game before quitting/sacked.

Worth the punt I reckon and probably the best coach to take him on, because he won't last long if he doesn't toe the line. Don't mind the additions for the Dogs this off-season

A great coach can still get the best out of a player of this nature: some of Adam Goodes' early coaches said that he had all those issues, then along came Paul Roos.
Ben Cousins also gave a number of years of good service when with the right coach.
This could be the making of Roy as a truly great coach - if he isn't judged that already.

Cheers

Cousins and Goodes are/were saints compared to this bloke.
I hope Roy can turn it around for him but I wouldn’t be holding my breathe if I was a Dogs supporter

You said the same about Jack Watts when the power added him to their list.

And look how much Jack has changed :-)

IF Sumner gets his act together he could be a very good pick up by doggies.

Reckon he only has one game suspension to get and he is banned for life. Way too risky getting him. No coach can stop someone with his discipline. He will snap and some point and that will be career over. Absolutely crazy by Dogs!

That would be his brother.

Sturt Premiership player Byron Sumner has one more game to go I believe. Timmy has 5 games to go I believe

Tim’s right behind his brother.
Not sure if it’s one game but it’s not many like his brother.

*Just saw the 5 games.
One good hit and he’s finished anyway.
