Not great timing. Going to be hard gaining the pity of a lot of their own supporters after voting to let the AFL cancer in let alone get anyone else's pity.

5:15 of that would be excruciating, what's the crux of the video? ie - What are they asking for?

Pretty much. The 5:15 wouldn't kill you, mate.
"We need your support". There's an article in today's fish wrap.

No appearance from McGuiness or McDermott.... that's odd.

Will chuck a gold coin in a tin on Monday!

McDermott wrote an article in the paper today about it.
I don't think McGuiness will make an appearance anywhere for a long time.

heard chigwidden on radio this morning and saying they were paying $220 mill in interest every year. And the problems were partly due to difficult hospitality climate. Is that code for we have built this massive complex and no one is going?

Wouldn't that level of interest require a debt of about $4 billion or even more ??

Something like that. Glenelg must have financed Adelaide Oval, the new RAH and every road work in Adelaide!

...or Port in the early 80's, South, Sturt, North & also North Melbourne, Richmond, Footscray, Hawthorn, Melbourne were all "dead horses" in your opinion too?

Nice warm and fuzzy video but seems to go all over the place where a 1 minute clip with a specific theme and what is required would be more effective.

Sadly you could see this coming 4 years ago and nothing was done then, only dug a bigger hole :(

With a team named Woodville West Torrens playing in the SANFL it think there's a chance that one or two on the list won't be forgotten ;)
Seriously, I hope the Bay's survive. It's bad enough losing Port Adelaide, and Woodville merging with West Torrens, without losing Glenelg too.

Their bank is tough. The debt is "only" $3m, isn't it?
