Noticed in the budget that the Rd 16 admission price is going to be $10.

Apparently the SANFL doing a test on pricing for next season. We need to get as many of our friends there as we can to show that $10 is the right price.

Of course this will only work with those who have no season tickets.

Or we all could help by not using our season or home match tickets for 1 week, pay the $10 at the gate and really push the message that $14 is way over the top.

If my mob was drawn to play a dinkum team in round 16 then I'd be there with bells on, regardless of price.

But since my mob is beoing forced to play a practice game against a team which does not matter, then I guess I will save $10 by not attending.

Agree that $14 is too steep. Always have seasons tickets so it doesnt effect me but hopefully $10 tickets encourages more casual supporters. Definately needs to be addressed next year aswell as removing the free entry for Crows members

That seems like a fair deal to me, I will meet you in front of the Grandstand.

Apparently Trigg is paying for the extra $4.
4,000 x $4 = $16,000 x 5 games = $80,000

This was the admission charges not so long ago

$8-00 Jimmy Barnes Working Class Man
$2-00 Concession Card holders

This was the admission charges last week
$14-00
$8-00

The peoples who have been absolutely screwed are the concession card holders
The Barnseys have had increase of about 80% :(
The Concessionists have had an increase of 400 %

For those deriving sufficient incomes , $14 is affordable for prob most peoples
But is the $14 value for the product , which seems to diminishing on a yearly basis ?
I'm not sure how many Concessionists have been able to absorb the 400% increases though ?

If its $10 this week for the Barnseys, how much will it be for the Concessionists ?

Wouldn't it be better if everyone boycotted the round.

$10 is too steep.

Let's show them we are not happy...

Good idea but one round towards the end of the year when teams seasons are over etc etc wont really prove a whole lot either way

Maybe they could charge the Cows supporters 1/2 price ($5) - $5 more than they pay ATM
