Round 10 - Central v Adelaide @ Playford Alive (Sat 14/6)

After a gallant defeat at the hands of the Port Adelaide Football Clubs' AFL Reserves side, otherwise (once) known as the Port Adelaide Magpies, Central District take on their second AFL Reserves side, participating in our State League competition, in as many weeks...
The Crows Reserves had a very impressive win over the more-fancied Eagles outfit and will again be difficult to beat. Adelaide's SANFL side also return to the ground in which they historically recorded their first ever win as the entity that they are in our competition...
CENTRAL v ADELAIDE
Playford Alive Oval, Elizabeth
Saturday, June 14th 2014
Curtain Raiser TBA
League @ 2:10pm
Broadcast - 1197 RPH Adelaide, from 1:30pm
Will be interesting to see what kind of crowd attendance this game will get, taking all things into consideration, including the Dogs current losing streak.

Adelaide are in good form now and should dispose of the dogs by 4 to 6 goals, Central supporters turn up at home games, not sure about the Adelaide crowd, traveling each week is taking its toll on their rent a crowd.

Adelaide just , by 7 points. May not get 2000 for this one as the Dogs fans have jumped off and there are about 4000 minus about 3950 crows fans.

Adelaide to keep the Doggies season going in the right direction. Adelaide by 33. That better?

With the Crows non-Reserves playing that night at Adelaide Oval, I don't expect all 4,000 to make the trek to Elizabeth this week.
I'll be there though before racing into the city.
Depending on top-up numbers will determine how the Crows go. I have seen Central a few times this year and have been disappointed. They shouldn't of lost to Glenelg, but glad they did.
Adelaide by a bit.

Nice timing for Henderson's return to play against his former side. Crows side looks even stronger than their side last week. After a very slow start Adelaide seem to be getting their act together and with 18 listed players named this week are getting past their injury worries too & are probably a top 3ish side at the moment. Expect them to cruise to a ten goal win without really dominating.

Many had the theory wait until these afl teams get injuries, then they'll be tested. It's round 10, crows have 18 professionals. Centrals have three players drop out due injury. I don't think the afl teams have to worry about injury any more than an sanfl side does, particularly given their state of the art re-hab facilities and the fact they don't have to go to work.
Crows by 15 goals.

Doesn't it? Then why do they click the tickets and add it to the crowd total?

The Crap weather may be the only thing that stops it being a 15 goal hiding in favour of Adelaide
Should only be about 10 in the wet

Well well well here we are again another BYE for me.
How many Doggy supporters are heading out again to watch a AFL team and thus endorsing this FARCE of the so called SANFL competition ??????
