Hi Gang

Getting in first to steal Cambridge Clarries thunder ;)

RAA are offering an exclusive discounts to RAA members.

When you buy any full priced adult or concession ticket to a BROADCAST game (that's the game they show on the telly for those playing at home).. simply show your RAA card at the gate and you'll receive 50% off a second ticket purchased in the same transaction.

For details on which game will be broadcast each week, or further information -visit http://www.raa.com.au/SANFL

Is this a case of the SANFL realising the new mainstream tv deal is probably hurting the gate at games.

Good initiative but I doubt it will draw much publicity except here.

In the off chance that the broadcaster may change the scheduled game, will this offer apply to both games?

How does that work if you are Crows members. Do you get a refund? ;)

Sadly the only friends I have with any interest in going to football matches are old high school friends and they are all Power supporters...
(However, one of them has offered me use of a corporate box at Alberton Oval for any of the Power reserves matches - not sure whether I'll ever take him up on it.)

A polite, 'No thanks' would be the answer.

I may go sometime just for the social aspect with old mates - perhaps the next time Norwood play them.
