Rnd 3 - Norwood v Sturt @ Coopers Stadium (Thur N 17/4)

The Redlegs are coming off a rare loss in recent times and will be keen to bounce back from the game against the Dogs while the top-of-the-table Double Blues will be chock-full of confidence...

The battle of the Eastern Suburbs neighbours should be a ripper and this is probably the match of the round...

Reserves @ 4:55pm

League @ 7:40pm

Broadcast - 1197am RPH Adelaide from 7:00pm*

*Phil Aspinall and Grant Coffee will be doing a LIVE but abbreviated SANFL League Teams Show in the first half hour of the coverage...

Will learn a lot about Norwood this week. Was last week an aberration or have they slipped significantly? Especially if Murphy, Phillips, Bode and Mcguiness are out or sore.

While I think Norwood will win, I'm not sure you guys will "romp it in", though. I guess we'll find out at about 10:00pm tomorrow night...

Can't be right. Could it?

Perhaps Rucci made it up. Has form. Possible.
Perhaps Ross overstepped his authority. Maybe.
Perhaps the team doctor said no such thing as he probably would not make a diagnosis over the phone concerning concussion. Likely.

Good Luck Jimmy. Not sad he isn't at North as I think we did ok when he left. Was a ball magnet for sure but I thought we were more balanced without him.

Met him a couple of times, and I have his 2007GF Tie :D

Norwood comfortably for me tonight

Imho Sturts form might be a tad deceiving beating what I think will be the bottom 2 placed sides.

Norwood last week reminded me of what happened to the Dogs in the mid 00's a bit, where they would dominate games so easily in the first they would get complacent, the other side gets a sniff and then they can't get out of second gear only for a younger quicker side to run them off their feet.

That won't happen again

Phillips, Panos and Baldasso late withdrawals for Norwood - replaced by Nunn, Wicks and O'Connor. A tough gig just got a fair bit tougher.

Losing 3/4 of our Premiership side plus a change of coach will do that
